Lead Quality
Ads Bring More Leads. Search Brings Better Ones.
Paid ads reach people who were scrolling, not searching. Google and AI search reach people who are already looking for an agent. You get fewer leads that way, and more of them are ready to hire someone.
You find them
When you run ads
- They are scrolling Instagram or Facebook, thinking about something else.
- Your ad appears in the middle of that. A photo or a price catches their eye.
- They tap, look for a few seconds, and sometimes leave a phone number.
- When you call back, most of them are early in the process or just curious.
You pay for every tap, and the leads stop the day the campaign stops.
They find you
When people find you in search
- They already have a question, like which agent knows their neighbourhood best.
- They type it into Google or ask ChatGPT, and your page is part of the answer.
- They read your pages, your listings, and what you know about the area.
- They contact you because they picked you.
Fewer calls, and more of them come from people who are ready to hire an agent.
Why search leads are usually easier to close
A lead from search has already done part of the work. They know your name, they have seen your listings, and they reached out on purpose. That is a different conversation than calling someone who tapped an ad a few minutes ago. You will usually get fewer leads this way, and spend less time on the ones that go nowhere.

Real Estate Social Media vs Your Website: What Each Is For
Social builds attention that expires. Your site answers questions for years. Most agents run the first as though it replaces the second, and lose both.

Frequently asked questions
Answers before you start
What does Saige actually do?
Saige rebuilds an existing real estate agent website into a modern site that is built to rank on Google, be readable by AI search tools like ChatGPT, and turn visitors into leads. You enter your current website address, and Saige generates a rebuilt version from your own branding, content, and listings. The rebuilt site includes live MLS listing search, lead capture on every page, and the technical structure that search engines and AI assistants need to read and quote your pages. You see the result as a free preview before deciding anything.
How does the free rebuild preview work?
You enter your current website address on realsaige.com and Saige generates a rebuilt version of your site, which you view at a private preview link. The preview is generated from your existing site's public content, so you judge the result with your own branding and pages rather than a demo. It is free, it does not require a credit card, and it does not touch your live website. If you like what you see, you claim the preview and start the process of making it your real site.
Does the rebuilt site include MLS listing search?
Yes. Live MLS listing search is built into the rebuilt site, on your own domain. Visitors can search active listings, view property details, and send inquiries that come straight to you rather than to a portal. The listing data comes through licensed IDX data feeds from the real estate boards Saige works with, not from a scraped source or an embedded iframe widget.
What is structured data, and why does it matter?
Structured data, also called schema markup, is a machine-readable description of a page that sits in the page's code, written in a vocabulary called schema.org. It states plainly what the page is about: this is a real estate agent, this is the business name, this is the service area, this is a property listing. Search engines use it to understand pages, and AI assistants treat it as one of the cleaner sources of facts about a business. Every page Saige generates ships with structured data appropriate to that page.
How do AI assistants decide which agents to name?
When someone asks an assistant to recommend an agent, the assistant typically runs searches, retrieves pages it can read, and composes an answer from passages it trusts. That favors sites that are readable as plain text, state specific facts such as name, brokerage, areas served, and specialties, and match the intent of the question. It also favors consistency: if your website, your Google Business Profile, and directories all state the same facts, the assistant can rely on them. Our AI search guide covers the full mechanics, including what to change on your own site.
Where do my leads go?
Each lead is saved the moment a visitor submits it, and you are notified so you can follow up directly. Leads belong to you, not to a portal and not to Saige. Contact details captured on inquiry can also flow into your CRM, so your existing follow-up process keeps working.
Can I keep my own domain?
Yes. The rebuilt site launches on your existing domain, which matters for search: your domain carries whatever history and links your old site earned, and a launch that keeps the domain and redirects old page addresses preserves that value. If you do not have a domain yet, you can connect a new one.
How much does a Saige website cost?
Saige does not publish a one-size price, because the right setup depends on whether you need VOW sold data, how many agents are on the site, and what you are moving from. The path is to see the free rebuild preview first, then get plan details from the team before you commit to anything. For market context on what agent websites cost in general, our real estate website cost guide covers published prices across the industry and the fees that tend to follow them.
